The SRMS organising committees will not be directly providing accommodation.  Oxford offers a wide range of places to stay and delegates will need to make their own arrangements. Alternatively, Oxford University is famous for its Colleges, and if staying in a college room is of interest, delegates can book through OxfordRooms.co.uk. Please note that booking with this organisation can be made no earlier than 3 months in advance.
